• Resilio Partners reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

2. Privacy & Data Policy

• Uploaded resumes and user information are processed solely for the purpose of tailoring resumes, generating cover letters, and delivering job matches.
• Resilio Partners does not sell or share personal data with third parties.
• Data may be stored temporarily for processing but is not retained longer than necessary.
• We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and similar data protection regulations to safeguard user privacy.

3. Compliance

• Resilio Partners complies with applicable U.S. federal and state laws, as well as international data protection standards where applicable.
• AI-generated content is provided with transparency: results are suggestions, not guarantees of employment.
• Scam Protection: While our system flags potentially fraudulent job postings, users are advised to exercise independent judgment and report suspicious listings.

4. Payment & Billing Policy

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless canceled in advance.
• Users may cancel anytime through account settings. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. After that period, no partial refunds for unused time, but refunds may be issued for billing errors or service issues.
• Pricing is transparent with no hidden fees.

5. Data Deletion Instructions

To request deletion of your data from OneClick Smart Resume:

Email us at support@resilio-partners.com with "Data Deletion Request" in the subject
Include your email address used for login
We will process your request within 30 days
Or you can delete your account directly in the app settings.

• The platform provides tools to improve application quality, but outcomes may vary.
• Services are provided 'as is' without warranty of success in obtaining employment.
